Alert Level 2 Guidelines for Tennis

Tennis NZ Guidelines

The following have been put in place at the club
Please read

Enter through front entrance
Door will be unlocked from 3.15pm to 6pm to allow afterschool coaching entry.

Door tag will be required at other times.
Contact admin if you have lost yours or its faulty.

Sign into Contact Register.
Alternatively use your phone camera to scan the QR code displayed.
This must be done each and every time you come down to club.

Use sanitiser at sign-in point, sanitisers are also located throughout building.
Wash your hands before and after play.

No more than 10 people interacting within the same group.
In tennis terms, this could be a group of 9 players plus a coach (10 in total) spread across one (e.g. Hot Shots red stage) or multiple courts for older players.
These 10 people can interact as a gathering but shouldn't merge/mingle with a different group of people on adjacent courts or within the club

Social distancing of 2 meters should be maintained both on and off court.

If you or members of your household are unwell, you should stay home.

The less people in the building the better, spectators are welcome to watch from outside the courts.

Visitors are welcome but must adhere to protocols.
Pay visitor fees through contactless payment in shop or office.
Deposit cash into drop-box located outside office window.

No children will be allowed upstairs

No loan/demo rackets will be available through the pro shop

Water fountains are blocked off - bring your own filled water bottle

At the end of the after-school coaching session players will exit tennis courts through side gate

Lastly, remember to secure your court booking online before coming to club.
