Here is an update on what it means for our club activities and facilities.
-Book your court online
-Please use your tag to access the building whether the door is locked or not
-Sign the tracing register or scan the Government QR Code displayed, regardless of whether you used your tag
-Wash your hands before and after play
-Bring your own water bottle filled with water
-Use hand saniters are available for use throughout the building
Tennis is a naturally physically distanced sport, you should still exercise caution when playing tennis.
-Change ends at the other side of the net to your opponent
-Do not congregate at the net
-Please keep your distance - 2 meters
-No handshakes after your match
-Only socialise upstairs/bar with those playing on your court and the court immediately next to it
i.e. courts 1+2, courts 3+4 etc etc.
-Everyone involved in coaching will come through the front door and will get their name ticked off on the role before heading straight to the court.
-Leaving the courts will be done through the side gate.
-Numbers will be limited per court. Maximum of 9 players + 1 coach
-Parents will not be allowed inside to watch (possible to do outside the fence) but may come into shop if needed but must sign in.
Tennis Auckland anticipate beginning 2-weeks later than anticipated on 19 September.
If gathering restrictions of 10-people continue beyond 6 September, Tennis Auckland will re-evaluate the start date.
Draws will be made up to accommodate level 2 criteria
The 4-players per court will be swopped around for the 2nd match of the night
MIDWEEK LADIES INTERCLUB
Depending on number of teams playing at home we will open both kitchens
Teams will use function room and bar areas

The Pro Shop will re-open for restrings and other sales
Bar will re-open but will require no more than 10 at each table.
When purchasing from the bar please wait until there is no-one else at the counter.
At this stage there are no changes to the Love Tennis weekend, 10-11 October 2020
